The Workout for Couch Potatoes and Old Dudes (And Dudettes)
This class is the workout for those of us that are not models, professional athletes or actors. This work out is for the normal people that need to create a healthier lifestyle without spending hours in the gym. This workout can be adjusted for any age or skill set. Simple low impact exercises designed for the normal public. You will learn several exercises in this video that are low impact and have options to adjust them to anyone. Together we can create a healthy you during the times you normally might be watching television or listening to music. This workout doesn't require you to spend a ton of money on equipment and you don't even have to leave your house to complete it on a daily basis. There is also a bonus section dedicated to eating and how to approach eating in our modern society. This program is designed for beginners but with adjustments can be taken to levels much higher than beginner.
This workout system was created in an attempt for me to become more fit and active in my lifestyle. If you have ever been that person afraid to wear a swim suit or to take your shirt off at the pool this workout is so you. This is not a body building workout and not designed to make you look like a model. It is defined to help you get your confidence back while creating a healthy lifestyle you can live with forever.
